Keith Cooper is an Associate Professor of Welding Technology and has been a faculty member since 1990. He is a Certified Welding Educator and Inspector of the American Welding Society. He also has an A.S. in Vocational Technical Education from Murray State University.

His teaching responsibilities include Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK), Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), and plate and pipe certification on ferrous and non-ferrous metals using SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding processes.
